I am a writer, artist, and wanna-be scholar currently based in San Francisco, CA. Living and working in the center of tech culture, my practice is focused on the impact of social media, advertising, and technology on individual and collective identity formation. Inspired by the “context collapse” detailed by danah boyd, I seek to re-contextualize and reclaim agency in the face of insidious technologies.

My video installation work has exhibited at Glu Projects and the Novack Gallery at California College of the Arts.

I'm currently working on a body of work focused on the paradoxical ambiguity and specificity of personalized social media advertising.
